My Story

Although I possess a diverse set of job skills, they are all unified by a common goal: to make meaningful contributions and positively impact my organization.

I have a rich history of advocacy and community service. Before founding the Human Trafficking Prevention Alliance (HTPA) in July 2023, I served as a Team Leader for Operation Underground Railroad in the New York Tri-state area from 2018 to 2022. In this role, I led a team of volunteers dedicated to raising awareness about human trafficking and exploitation.

I also contributed my expertise to Love146 in Northern Nevada, another global anti-human trafficking organization. I have been actively involved in community coalitions, such as Copiague Community Cares and the Levittown Community Action Coalition, where I played pivotal roles in various leadership positions. My commitment to community collaboration and activism is evident through my extensive work with local Chambers of Commerce and my appointment to the Suffolk County task force to reduce spending in 2019.

After relocating to Sparks, Nevada in 2022, I joined the board of Join Together Northern Nevada (JTNN) and continued my efforts to reduce substance use among youth and advocate for primary prevention. My journey is a testament to my resilience, dedication, and unwavering commitment to creating a safer world for all.

My journey of supporting high-level executives has been a testament to my exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and empathetic leadership. I have consistently demonstrated my ability to manage complex schedules, coordinate high-stakes meetings, and streamline operations, all while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

One of my most notable achievements was during my tenure as Director of Events for a prominent non-profit organization. I took the initiative to create the Annual Suffolk’s Got Talent Fundraiser, an event that not only raised significant funds but also brought community awareness to the critical issue of substance misuse.

Meticulous planning and attention to detail ensured the event’s success, earning recognition from both the organization and the community.

The work I do is deeply appealing and worthwhile because it goes beyond mere administrative tasks. I view my role as an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others. By supporting executives, I enable them to focus on strategic decision-making and leadership, ultimately driving the organization toward its goals. I find fulfillment in knowing that my behind-the-scenes efforts contribute to broader societal changes, whether it’s through fundraising, awareness campaigns, or community-building initiatives.

Moreover, my ability to anticipate the needs of my executives and provide proactive solutions has made me an invaluable asset. My work ensures that executives can perform at their best, knowing they have a reliable and efficient support system. This trust and reliability have not only enhanced the productivity of the executives I support but have also fostered a sense of teamwork and collaboration within the organization.

My dedication to my work is a reflection of my passion for helping others succeed. I continue to find joy in the challenges and complexities of my role, knowing that my contributions lead to tangible positive outcomes. 

My work is a true testament to the impact that dedicated and skilled support can have in transforming organizational success and creating lasting, positive change.
